| Comments: | NYD 10am parkrun, Alec drove me there early - lucky to park in road outside stadium.
Extremely crowded (967 runners!); almost stopped on too many corners, queue to cross finish line, queue to get tokens. Ran mostly on muddy grass verges avoiding tarmac. Not on my 'to do again' list. gps time 30m01s - don't know why official time quicker. |

| Comments: | Even more crowded than usual(828 runners); back on main 'A' course.
Not pushing too hard as cc6 tomorrow. |

| Travelling time: | 35min.to Sainsbury's car park, lift with Trish. |
| Weather: | Mild, damp. |
| Comments: | Horrid new start at bottom of long hill (instead of top), then stuck behind really slow people on narrow path up to footbridge.
Managed to overtake a few on long downhill part, walked on steep uphill. Back over bridge and down the same narrow path to the bottom of the long hill. Then up on repeat of the slog at the start. Good spread of cakes at finish, water but cup-less. NFR refreshments stop at Rownhams. |

| Comments: | 'B' course as lakeside path too icy. Very crowded again - slow start.
Took it steady to save legs for cc6 tomorrow. |

| Travelling time: | Left home 8:15am (picked Trish up at Crown). 25min.to Longbeech car park. |
| Weather: | Sunny, freezing! |
| Comments: | Left early, roads icy. Plenty of space in nearest car park. 10min walk to start.
Gravel tracks OK, rest very muddy, had to walk some deep bits. Usual 2 main laps. Final uphill diverted off concrete (as ice too risky) onto yet more mud. Lots of NFR: 8 ladies, 16 gents. Cakes at finish, plus warm drinks. |

Not as good as last week, despite more 'trigger-point' massage. Started out too fast - died on last mile. Still got over 80% though (2nd overall). |

Very muddy grass - should have used trail shoes. Slithered round 3 convoluted laps - not a pb course. Still managed to set new vw70 age-group record!. |
